New Features:
- Added sawed-off double barrel shotgun for Secondary. Available to NVA Scout, Engineer and Sniper
- Added new Vietnamese voices for NVA (credits to Vietcong game)
- Added sling option to Coach Gun




Bug Fixes:
- Fixed US and NVA having german voices
- Fixed P51 Mustang showing up instead of B52 Stratofortress when calling carpet bombing on US team
- Fixed Frontline gamemode not working
- Fixed smoke grenades
- Fixed UH-1 helicopter rotor animation
