Updated the vehicles config code to work with the latest update.

Removed the commanders seat from the transport and medevac versions as it uselees.

Added smoke launchers to the transport and medevac versions.

Vehicles now have texture lists and can now switch textures.

Changed unit names.

Changed the MedEvac Versions name to Medical.

Added New BIKEY to stop players using all my mods at once on servers that don't allow all of them.

Fixed the unarmed base class showing up in the editor.

Changed the way the turrets are removed.

Removed the Gunner form the unarmed versions.

Fixed tires on the urban and arctic versions had grey textures.

Fixed an error with the faction names.

Moved all units to there own sub factions.

Tweaked the desert and woodland Textures to match my other Addons.
