  • BICE 3.0, HoI 1.5.2 Cornflakes and Waking the Tiger DLC support (DLC is not required).
  • All of the new Reichskommissariats and Japanese Military Administrations are released via the Decision system.
  • Division of Asia between Germany and Japan is now also initiated via the Decision system.
  • Reichskommissariat Don-Wolga is added along with historical decision to distribute it's territories between Kaukasus and Ukraine.
  • Karelo-Finnish SSR now has a proper flag.
  • Karelo-Finnish and Moldavian SSRs are now getting cores via the Decision system.
  • Fixing localisation mistakes.
