Added new Skeleton recruits. Can be found in Mongrel, World's End, The Hub, Shark, Squin (low/moderate chance of spawning) & can also be found in bars with those same faction affiliations.

This update was made obsolete by future updates... it was a vendor tweak.

Made fabrics stack... increased rum barrel inventory size.

Added AI Core drop chance to 4 unique NPCs. I won't ruin it by saying which ones...
