Added 10,000 cats requirement for recruiting Misfits or Test Subjects.

As a result of updates 0.98.53-55, this mod will crash if you take a Vagabot, Vagrant Misfit or Test Subject to the Plastic Surgeon. They can be recruited, but not modified or renamed. As this error was not caused by the mod itself, I have no ETA for a fix (some previous bugs caused by official updates were fixed by subsequent game patches).
