Added rune spawn.
Added two small, and one medium neutral camps.
Increased the trigger area of home shop.

Set max players to 6.
Main game modes 2v2 and 3v3.

Minimap now rendered. (Hurray!)

Increased gold per tick from 4 to 12.
Added 100 + ticks gold for tower capture.
Added 15 base experience per tick.
Added 600 experience on tower capture.

Fixed how initial level is applied.
- Previously the level was gained, but the experience was not, so the first 900 exp was applied towards the level that was already gained.

Couple bug fixes with translation terms.

Adjusted win conditions:
- One point per node every 2 seconds (up from 1 previously.)
- Requires 250 points to win (up from 100 previously.)

Heroes now start at level 4.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed game status overlay blocking shop flyout. (Thanks DoctorGester)

Testing
- Hiding scan/glyph icon.
