Update

Adds 4 new Summon Boris Enchanter Scrolls - These will only enchant the specified Attribute Bonus
- Boris Vitality
- Boris Strength
- Boris Dexterity
- Boris Focus

- Not as powerful as the original Boris that enchants Random Attribute Bonuses
- Increased the consistency of Attribute Enchanter Bonuses (Minimum level raised slightly, Maximum level was left alone)
- Increased the number of scrolls the vendor can sell from 4 to 8
