Big rebalance: Now it's much easier to deal with cops and quite harder to kill other dudes. Textures and some props are fixed, also, some rooms were moved or added. Logic fixes Have a nice play

Yay, now the map is fully completed! The streets are in use, too, so now there're no more open textures and an ability to go out of the map! Also, now some zones work better
