Changed walls on skybox to increase visibility

Rearranged props on roof and refactored enterances to Roof slightly
>Moved CT ladder closer to CT spawn
>Changed exit from Janitor to Roof to increase the time it takes for T's to get to Roof
>Moved AC units and sandbags on roof to block T's line of sight to CT ladder

Fixed clipping issue at Conference Window to CT Ladder

Modified collissions on chairs in Conference

Defaulted some doors to open

Hotfix:

Deleted a Hostage spawn that forced it to spawn in an unreachable area. Still spawns one hostage usually.

Change Log:

Added railings and clippings on the roof to prevent players from walking along the whole roof edge and easily holding the outside.
Added props to the roof to give it some cover and remove the complete T-sided nature of the roof.
Expanded Vigil to cover the door leading into T Spawn from Lower Halls, thus changing the way CT's can enter T Spawn.
Removed a door between Laundry and T Spawn, expanded Vigil to cover where that door used to be.
Removed most vents because of their tendency to have weird renderings, also to allow CT's to move less detected to the T's front steps.
Reduced brightness in all Vents (lighting was obscenely bright), but might add more lighting later.
Added a front spawn for Hostage in the Upper Halls area.
Added miscellaneous Player Clip brushes to prevent players getting stuck in random areas/caught on small things.
Defined CT Spawn with various objects to make it obvious where players needed to take Hostages.
Added lighting outside Long and Short to increase visibility.

Changes made prefacing playtesting.
