New workaround option to force the reefer sound loop to play - intended for use with ownable reefer trailers.

To use the workaround option properly:
1. Go into the Audio settings
2. In the voice navigation menu, select "~ Function - Force enable reefer sound"
3. Click the Preview button
4. Reselect your desired voice navigation option OR uncheck the voice navigation.
5. Drive as usual and the reefer sound will play when you are not stationary.

Note that the reefer beep & startup sound which plays when you're stationary is not available with the workaround option.
To stop the reefer sound with the workaround option, detaching the trailer may work. If not, restarting the game is the only way.

A detailed set of sounds added to the Mack RD in AI traffic.
It uses engine/exhaust sound samples courtesy of kriechbaum and Trayscapes, as featured in kriechbaum's Mack E6 sound mod.
It includes:
- Engine sounds.
- Exhaust sounds with longer range attenuation.
- A variety of horn sounds.
- Bonus sound effects for the Mack RD garbage truck: brake whistle and occasional compactor sound effects.
