Updated Lidar script. Now able to run each run or trigger of timer ( ie 60 times a second or 1 a second).
Added timer block to flip the program runmode between tic run or second run.

Updated Lidar script:
only uses cameras on local grid.
Sends out messages if something is found.
format is
MSG;<to>;<from>;<options>;<message>
messages is in GPS format with /n as needed
GPS:<name>:<xpos>:<ypos>:<zpos>::
