1000 and 2500 sub goals :D
Added roof above the protal.
Large ramps arent as op.
Added nice 3d skybox.
Jail isint a safe zone anymore.
DM spawns moved to a better spot.

Ct player model changed to be slightly more visible.
More reliable bullet blocks both in spawn rooms and in jail.
Added some stuff to stop people from camping in jail and being anoyin.
Slightly better lighting.
Max velocity and speed increased in all modes.
Kill award money increased in custom mode.

+ some minor tweaks.
