- Mercenaries wait 250-300 days after you find them before they trigger forced contact

- Added "Clear Space" option to clear out crystals. Still free.
- Clear Space operations commence immediately.
- Buyer is now notified when an operation has been completed, and the service menu is back online
- Mercenary Operations fleets now return to the enclave station when their mission is complete
- Can select AI Revolt Empire crisis country as a target, if it happens
