Update: 2 Oct, 2018 @ 6:14am

- Infinium now includes (pretty much) every resource effect! No negatives, all positives. This is meant as an end-game resource, due to the high cost to produce it.
-- Resource effects that would duplicate (like 2 different resources that add labor directly) only choose the highest one.

Update: 30 Sep, 2018 @ 2:34pm

- Added new resource: Infinium! Pretty much 16 pressure of every type. Will add additional characteristics of tier 3 resources some other time.
- Development now uses labor, no more waiting 3 minutes every time.

Update: 23 Sep, 2018 @ 7:28am

- Planet Mender won't fix planets, but allows you to gain ore for free until I manage to figure out the scripts.
- Spires now give population and more cities.
- Gigacities and Teracities now count towards constructed megacities.
- Added to Wealth description to say that it allows the construction of arcologies.
