Quick fix to re-add water

Here are some of the changes made:

• Complete spawn rework & relocation
  
• Metal added to tower leaading to safe route down
  
• New land mass added to allow additional flanking options and more interesting BB run up
  
• 2nd Cube readded after going missing
  
• Obscured route into second Cube created
  
• Under water clean up
  
• Thematics added around 1st Cube
  
• Flags changed to allow fall without floating blocks occuring
  
• Build phase barriers adjusted
  
• Additional supply drops added
  
• Tougher material added under central bridge to better endure early battle

• Spawn changes to stop players instantly falling to their death from spawn
  
• Created a safe route down via the forward tower
  
• Sunk objective
