Settings get loaded automatically now.

* Added to two towers at two corners of the map to give the chance of playing in different heights and being able to play vs the awp in the upper level of the center construct.
* Fixed a few wrongly rotated textures

Gave weapons to players
playtesting the creation before uploading may be advised for future maps :D

Changed the ramps to be of the right texture
