* Changed the starting exp for Ooarai unit in:
Ooarai vs Pravda Championship Match from 0 to 10 exp (enough for 1 promotion);
Ooarai vs Kuromorimine Championship Match from 0 to 30 exp (enough for 2 promotions).

* Fixed AI issues where AI would delete flag tank resulting in an instant loss when playing against it as Anzio.
* Fixed AI issues where AI would delete most CV-33 at the beginning of the game when playing against it as Ooarai.

+ Added new "Field Repair" Promotion.
+ Added new "Poor Reliability 1" Promotion.
+ Added new "Poor Reliability 2" Promotion.
+ Added new "Poor Reliability 3" Promotion.
+ All GuP combat units will start with "Field Repair" Promotion.

- Removed "Instant Heal" Promotion.
- Removed "Shock 1" Promotion.
- Removed "Drill 1" Promotion.
- Removed "Accuracy 1" Promotion.
- Removed "Barrage 1" Promotion.

New promotion attributes:
Field Repair = Unit only heal 2 HP in non-friendly territory, 4 HP in friendly territory. Adjacent units heal additional 2 HP per turn.
Poor Reliability 1 = 25% chance to lose 5 HP in non-friendly territory every turn.
Poor Reliability 2 = 35% chance to lose 5 HP in non-friendly territory every turn.
Poor Reliability 3 = 45% chance to lose 5 HP in non-friendly territory every turn.

"Poor Reliability" promotions are subject to change, they are added to give an idea to what additional attributes certain tanks may have. E.g. Tiger II and Elefant etc.
