Fixed typo in script.

No functional changes, just restructuring code to make maintenance easier.

Adjusted camera's starting position to face from your HQ toward the center of the map, regardless of the orientation of your HQ.

Updated in conjunction with adding USF M5 halftrack dispatch to the other mods in this set.

Fixed a problem in the common code base for my Infantry spectrum mods, which does not actually show up in this mod.

Fixed reported bugs that made the raketenwerfer unbuildable and allowed building the British M3 Halftrack.
