v1.3 Compatibility patch

The version 1.2 Broke game saves due to some files that had to be renamed, resulting in invalid references.

NOTE!
You still need to update our already built harbors (change an option and hit apply is enough) to update all the old references to the new one.

* Added new options for dock 1 and dock 3 (Left, Right, Left Through and Right Through)


Adds Left / Right / Through dock options to the vanilla cargo harbor. With 3 docks you can even have different options for dock 1&2 (as a group) and dock 3.

With only one doc, you can select Left, Right, Left Through and Right Through.

With 2 docks, you can only select Left or Right (the dock one option has no effect)

With 3 docks you can select Left or Right for dock 1 & 2 and a different option for dock 3; Left, Right, Left Through or Right Through.

I hope this update doesn't break any previous game saves.
