-Ukranian leaders for ideologies added.
-Semyon Timoshenko, a Soviet Field Marshall has now been removed from the Soviet Union and added to Ukraine due to him being Ukrainian.
-Added Soviet tech to Ukraine.
-Replaced generic models with Soviet models.
-Added more division templates to Ukraine (taken from SOV)
-Added more units to Ukraine
-Increased dockyards in Ukraine from 1 to 7.
-Improved Ukrainian civillian industry - added factories to the east. (Now have 25 Civillian factories instead of 10)
