The error() function has finally been fixed years after its bug was reported! The workaround (additional square brackets) has been removed.

- Now debugging tools will show the correct Lua path and the correct line numbers. Thanks to RunString().
- Now ENT and SWEP Lua refresh will work. That even includes undetected Lua refreshes.
