Should fixed the sound problem now for good

- Second release of my custom Soundset. All my sounds are now included and should work as intended

- Make the Train great again! Changed Power and Tractive effort to real numbers. Should accelerate now much faster and should be worth the money you dump into it!

- fixed an issue with the textures. They should be loaded now correctly. No blurrieness! Yay!
