- Concrete slabs now 'stuff' material. You can build concrete vanilla walls, doors, thrones, tables, beds, etc :)

I decided that I need a little change.
- Сoncrete slabs now creates at Electric smelter.
- Concrete works research now requires Electric smelting instead of Machining.

It will be work in old saves.

I imagine it as a creation of the concrete slabs of a super strong material, something like reinforced ceramic with stone chips. Electric smelter therefore seems to me more appropriate.
