This update should fix the crash issue that some are experiencing.

Also applied same difficulty handicaps to Very Hard. Playing on Very Hard should only slightly reduce difficulty since most of the core difficulty factors are included.

* Fix some spell radius' that were not set to 100
* Removed fame levels table and adjusted general cap to potential fix a crash some were experiencing
