Updated for game update also added some items to bins.

Added element shards and dust to Tek Tier storage bin.

Adding sparkpowder to seed storage bins now increases spoil time of seeds to 5 hours, sparkpowder will last 20 minutes each.

Increased spoil time in Seed storage bins to compensate for game update adding spoil time to seeds, cannot figure out how to add a spoiling agent (such as sparkpowder) yet, but will do so once I have learned.
