Huge Update:

- Backend written

focuses increased from 66 to about 130-140.

- I am now at the point where I am running out of history to model. Past this point, I am forced to consider informed fantasy since Mexico winning WWII is a possibility and the player possibly leading up to WWIII. so I need to think of content for that scenario too.

- now includes a soundtrack of currently 10-ish tracks and growing.

- Agrarian union is now a mobilization law. Once enacted, it cannot be removed. It offers 18.70% manpower with a massive 25% debuff to resource gain and ~15% penalty to construction of factories. The problem of icon bloat on the country page has been solved.

- enacting extreme economics like the viking fund and article 27 cost you in national unity and causes an uptick on the politics of the other wing.

- faction trees are now in the mod. each faction tree offers something to the major so majors now have a reason to get Mexico into their faction on top of bonuses to mexico based entirely on historical trade deal info I found.

- Mexico now starts with constable army, a debuff that can only be incrementally improved dependent on ideology. It culminates in the retirement laws. You can either purge everyone, and gets rid of the debuff and offers only bonuses at the cost of practically most of your generals who likely are very high level. The other option if purge your political opponents and still reduce some of the debuff's effects.

- Mexico starts with 40% literacy that debuffs research speed by 20%, in order to deal with it you have a choice of socialist education or article 3. Socialist education removes the 20% debuff at the cost of 10% consumer factories, while amended article 3 is 5% consumer but only halves the debuff. Both are removed at the end of the focus tree.

- You can now set immigration policy. Open borders unlocks a ton of slots at the cost of HUGE 10% NU hits per focus for a total of a 40% loss. Closed borders gives MUCH less building slots but without the NU hit.

- a second political tree that upgrades your political modifiers to do something else, dependent on what you find important and which faction you choose.

- Mexico now has 2 megaprojects based on what Mexico thought was the future, heavy emphasis on the concept of air to ground attack or what tactics the French used on the ground. In 2018 we know the answer, but hindsight is 20/20. This is where informed fantasy begins.

Nothing Changed. Only removed the warning off the launcher. Hotfix until my Carpel Tunnel is fixed.

FIX: The election should now go 100% historical if historical mode is on, Almazan should not die or get elected.

CHANGE: The RM2 does not show up unless there is a timeline extender, as the tech tree ends at 1942. Until then there is nothing but fictional mendozas.
