* Fixed a particles issue
* Tweaked the script to require less calculations on server side when checking for indoor-outdoor

Script update
* Now you have to option to stop the snow falling inside the building while you are in it
* Also the fog made out of particles was made optional
* The frequency of breath vapors are now dependable on fatigue and not on stamina as it was before
