Implemented new login to automatically keep pulling fertilizer on the Automatic Filling cycle until all crop plots are filled or all nearby storage has no more fertilizer.

-Should now properly fill all crop plots in large bases!

-Added Manual Pull option to pull fertilizer from nearby storage bins!

-Now automatically pulls fertilizer before filling every hour.

-Decreased cost to make so it can be made with less weight in inventory.
