Updated draw button so it'll continue to work for single cards and if the draw # deck is broken up.

Hide "Color's Card" message when you hover over a played white card.

Turns move Czar token, and the Czar token automatically sets the turn.

Card Czars can't play their own cards (it just passes it back to them)
X's can now be deleted without spamming the host

Now the draw button pulls from whatever deck is in the white deck area, even it it wasn't the original white deck when the game was loaded. This means you can play with just the expansions.
