Look who's getting an update!

Lots of small improvements and polishing:

- Added updated radar
- Improved visuals at CT entrance
- Better lighting in CT section
- Particle effects should always play now
- Exchanged some old models with newer ones
- Changes to textures
- Fixes to player clipping

- Sounds!
- Improved Deathmatch spawns
- Added ladder at drop
- Increased bathroom size to add Deathmatch spawn
- Can shoot TV
- Decals, shadows, textures
- TV sparks when getting shot
- Jukebox starts smoking only upon music played
