~ Added: ACE CSW support for mortars thanks to Acid!
~ Fixed: mortars elevation bug.
~ Fixed: mortars could not be used (ammo spam on the ground).
~ Changed: mortars now use ACE's CSW system entirely and the IFA3 system is disabled.
~ Changed: mortars magazine groups and magazines to use default classes rather than special ace ones.
~ Disabled: mortars no longer needed eventhandlers.
~ Improved: mortars code cleanup. ACE mortars to use actual IFA3 classes. No more ACE compat specific class (backward compatible).

Notes:
It uses ACE CSW entirely for assembly/disassembly so don't do it like vanilla IFA3, you need to use self-interact to deploy the tripod, and interact with it to assemble.

Known issues:
If you place a mortar down in the editor you wont be able to disassemble it unless 'advanced assembly' is enabled.
Use : mortar setvariable ['ACE_CSW_assemblyMode',1]

~ Fixed: ACE 3.13.0 compatibility (Red Army units hitpoints).
~ Fixed: dragging and carrying of mortar ammo boxes.

Note: if you don't use ACE 3 Medical, you will have to manually remove ifa3_comp_ace_medical.pbo

~ Added: ACE Cook-off compatibility, turrets will now randomly and nicely blow off the tanks.
~ Improved: SdKfz 234 Puma is now compatible with turret blow off.
~ Improved: Crusader mk.III is compatible with turret blow off.
~ Improved: Cromwell tank is compatible with turret blow off.
~ Improved: Lee-Enfield advanced ballistic values thanks to Laid3acK.
~ Fixed: StuG and SU85 wont have a duplicate of roof flying on cookoff anymore.
~ Fixed: bren carrier wont cookoff anymore, Sd.Kfz 124 and FlakPanzer IV changed to 10% change cookoff instead of 50% as other tanks.
~ Removed: destroyed tanks turrets are now declared in IFA3.
~ Removed: ACE disposable Panzerfaust as they are by default in vanilla IFA3.
