- Attempted to fix ACE Medical issues - kill marker should now work more consistently (albeit a bit delayed)
- Volume adjustment

- Removed sound effect toggles. Now you can set the volume to 0 to disable the sounds.
- Fixed the bug that disables the headshot kill sound when you disable normal kill sound.
