- removed typo from the basilisk name (was baisilisk)
- added unit descriptions for the harpy and the basilisk (kudos to ElderDays!!)
- fixed the problem that the dwelling could be placed very close to independent cities in the RMG

- the minotaur now gets cause fear at 3rd medal
- the harpy now gets inflict marked as blood sacrifice at 4th medal
- the basilisk now has +2 def, +2 res and vigilance
