  • Both Mongolia and Mengjiang now wage border wars instead of regular ones
  • Added new generals
  • Started ministers rework
  • Added division names
  • Resource focuses were replaced with decisions unlocked by focuses
  • Renaming capital, establishing constitutional monarchy and sedetarization are now done through decisions
  • Added leader portrait and a general for Tannu Tuva

* Added Non-Aligned focus branch to restore theocratic monarchy
* Added new focuses: Militant Buddhism for fascism, Among Tyrants for democracy and Develop Agriculture for resource efforts
