- Moved all sound tables to a file in autorun
- Moved all resource.AddWorkshop files into the same file as the sound tables
- Removed self:EmitSound from all base files and replaced it with CreateSound/sound.Play to create dynamic volumes based on range
- Updated sound volumes to work with the new range-based volume system
- Removed self.Primary.Cone from all weapons
- Removed self.Secondary.Cone from all used locations
- Added self.EffectiveRange to all weapons
- Added realistic ballistic ranges and accuracy to all weapons using the new effective range system
