Cleaned up some files, changed sound, added menu options for crosshair, and bar.

Now uses custom ammo, should also fix sound bug error.
Crosshair and projectiles should be more accurate now.
Added a charge meter to the HUD.

Ice beam added, thanks to Darken217 and his amazing base!
I couldn't find a way to fix the material error.
Added new effects for the Normal beam, Plasma beam, and Ice beam.
