Update to v1.1

Changelog:

~Scaled light carrier model size to 2/3 that of fleet carrier (still currently uses same mesh).
~Scaled down and slightly redesigned light carrier tech sprites. You can now easily tell CVEs and CVLs from CVs in tech and production screens.
~Fixed missing tooltip icon for light carriers.
~Fixed production screen using CVL III graphic for all light carriers.

None. Please report any bugs or issues.
