a much needed HUD update which brings in a ton of new features and improves the overall look of the mod.

Important Update: Now uses the Halo 5 textures

updated the hud to closely resemble how it does in Halo 5, including recoloring the icons and text to match the new overlay.

updated the addont.txt file and blurred the overlay to look more realistic
