Should now cooperate with Long War 2. Due to how soldier mission rewards work now (only from rescue missions), that is effectively not supported while LW2 is installed.

Resistance HQ and Black Market recruits are delayed a month in creation, so your character pool characters aren't wasted by being created too early. Also fixed broken recruit button.

Fix for potential recruits failing to be retained across supply drops. This only affects Avenger recruits, Resistance HQ and Black Market personnel are working as intended.
