Balance changes:
2000/1.5sec now without upgrades
8400 with 8 upgrades
added blueprints for x100 ice and x100 iron
getting ice now 4 times faster (subject to further balancing)

Fixed(i think) a bug when placing a platform onto a ship that was turned into a station near voxel and fulfilling all the requirements didn't result in the successful platform operation

Fixed a bug where placing a platform where there is currently none, but had been previously, would result in continuous disabling of a newly built one preventing its operation

Fixed few mistakes and did a little improvements
Cut productivity by a bunch since it were generating 9 times as much resulting in almost 0 need of having more than one rig
