added unsynced option so at lease one can have a dog without an owner

Modified variable usage to support multiple dogs and multiplayer support
Adjusted attack to an addaction option
Dog autoteleports to attached owner when outside of 200 meter radius
Added option for detection of units and mines (enabled by default)
