Added more bling with some dual barrel tracers
Added a guide to the INI file to make it easier to understand what to edit
Increased the burst length a bit with more shots. This is a purely cosmetic change
Altered the postion and scale of the stock attachement. Should make it appear more "Avenger like", with a clean line along the center point to the back of the stock.
