Strat comp from WH1. 3k's AI is still too suicidal. Not as bad as WH2's, but still attacks when it clearly is outmatched. WH1 is more cautious, though not as much as Attila's.

3k base income: from 1500 to 2000

I made a mistake thinking that base income in 3k was 1500; it's actually 2000.

3K base income + corruption values.

Why?

Base income being 1500 vs 2000 means early game is more challenging, however you will no longer be penalized by corruption from the first region you own. Corruption now kicks in at 5 regions and then scales rapidly to 80% @ 45 regions, then to 90% @ 100 regions.
