Roundels and rotor lights are now going dark when the power is off

After an ass load of years the exterior texture finally got a normal map (a crappy one but eh)

Some buttons now text out their function in chat

The interior doors are now open by default and can now be moved only by pulling the switch on the console

Fast Remat , Physlock , Fast Return , HADS and Repair Button can now be toggled through the console, GOOD LUCK FINDING THOSE

Another set of buttons now does something.. you know the drill... TARDIS Interface yadah yadah
