Added snap to the board to make pieces easier to place!

I've created my own model for the chest in the center of the board that has two states, opened and closed!

Rule fixes, and added rule clarity.

The money system was made easier with a wider variety of inf. money bags, and the rules were updated to add slow and fast gameplay.

The card resoutions were increased, and some cards were edited.

The board has been updated, and a physical currency has been added. The rules were also edited to fix a mistake.
