- Put the game starter back on the tech tree, because it is more convenient
- Added snappoints for the Strategy Cards, with littl white chips as visual indicators
- Reorganised the components at the top of the table to make it "look better"

- Moved the Game Starter board to the bottom of the table
- Filled the bag of non-unique tiles with the number of tiles recommended here: http://www.astralvault.net/games/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1199#p15831 . Previously, this bag only contained one of each non-unique tile type, which was not convenient for star by star users.
