- fixed a bug where GameStarter would trigger an error when revealing objectives

- fixed a typo that prevented the automatic detection of a duel from actually turning on the duel-specific setup procedure
- GameStarter will no longer ask the players to orient the rotation cycler when setting up a duel
- GameStarter no longer reveals a preliminary objective when setting up duels (as it should)
- When setting up a duel, GameStarter now flips the sovereign and imperial special objectives for you, instead of merely telling you to do it
