v1.2 Floor Overhaul patch

-Multiple textures significantly improved sharpness / detail
-Resloved some issues with transparency on the floor side color bands
-Random tunnel occurrence model changed
-Multiple shaders changed for an increase in detail
-Glow added to floor elements
-Multiple floor models improved apon (pretty much complete rehaul)
-Due to the rehaul a lot of polygons were freed up - you might notice a little faster load times
-Removed the giant world "speaker" for now due to issues with new floor, sorry for those who enjoyed it I plan on bringing it back when issues are resolved

Fixed puzzle mode block colors they now properly represent cool to hot for points
