-Added German tank crewmen skins (Wehrmacht & SS)
-Added German assault artillery skins (Wehrmacht & SS)
-Added Panzer-Lehr-Division skins

-German early war infantry skins will now have suspender straps invisible by default. You can switch them back on with a texmod.

-Added or replaced a fuckton of headgear, can't be bothered to list all of them, everything is shown on screenshots
