New (temporary) recruitment system added involving the city of Altdorf itself, so the Separatists won't be able to recruit them if they don't own the capital.

Added light blue plumes to Bogenhafen units.

Added new golden eagle helms and yellow plume to the Company of Honour.

Separated the reskin part in a new mod linked in description.

Fixed the weird pink/purple textures bug on Beastmen/Orcs/Chaos. Main Empire Faction colour tweak is still in the mod and now works properly without affecting any other unit/faction.
